Complaints and the CCTS

VoIP Much takes the quality of our services, including customer service, very seriously.

Step 1: Report
The best way to resolve a problem is to ensure you tell us one exists.
We cannot work to resolve an issue that we are not made aware of.

Step 2: Escalation
If a VoIP Much representative has been unable to resolve your issue, you can request to speak with a supervisor (or manager). Escalation to management may require a call back, which in some cases can take 24-48 hrs.
Step 3: CCTS
In the event that VoIP Much is still unable to satisfactorily resolve your issue(s), you may contact the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS).

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
